monday just went past like that.
i have long days on monday
from 7.45am till 5pm.
but it just went past so quickly.
morning started out slow cause i wasnt feeling too good.
i told karen i didnt want to do the large group experience.
so tomorrow.thens i have to do.

this is the first kinder that
the teachers have not raised their voices at alll
i mean at all ever since i stepped in.
the children are treated with respect.
with an indoor and outdoor program,
children can choose whatever they want to do.

i can understand why thens it is so important for teachers
to create the kind of environment for children to foster their skills.
children are taught to think of consequences and what would happen if they did it.
even when they did something wrong, children are asked to explain what went wrong.
the tone of the teachers are firmed and strong but they never never did raised their voices.
and with so many practs i have been through
i can see the difference and when i do have my own kinder.
i would be more cautious of certain things.
